Again its the phrasing.. I'm not sticking up for him, but being assembled is not saying completed. You can have one halfway done and find a flaw or any number of issues. We are talking about a devise that is aimed at the eyes you get a different wavelength of light coming out of that bad boy and you can kiss it all goodbye.
