Be mindful that Merrill or any other major brokerage will not allow their staff to RECO penny or subpenny stocks, and actively discourage their investors from buying same. I'd consider the data rather suspect without phone confirmation from a Merill broker/analyst.

BFHJ could clear all this up if they'd just provide even unaudited financials and their attorney's Opinion Letter to OTCMarkets.com and then spend 10 minutes online fixing their Company Information page. You may be tired of hearing it, but that's the truth - and I'm stickin' to it........ Result = bye bye Stop Sign.
