Vantana Del Pacific reports that over 85% of more than 2500 acres have Pacific Ocean View. Property is backed up againist a National Rain Forest. Property is located in what's called a Blue Zone. A Blue Zone is a rare area in the world that its inhabits have a much longer life expectation. Will keep gathering information to why Panamersa choose this location to work with. This deal keeps getting more and more interesting.
