Tells me that we have a Fiduciary/Conflict of Interest issue(s) here.

Any CEO/CFO of a public company worth his salt would never let a deal go forward without it actually being signed/sealed/filed as it sends all the wrong signals to the market, otherwise known as the owners of the company. Us.

Legitimate, recognized deals are signed contracts. Period.

If we had one of those, we might be at .10 to .15 at least imo.
