There is a calm before the storm. The Copper King Storm ! So much is going on behind the scenes that we know nothing about. I am of the opinion (and this is only my opinion) that Chuck and the EC are putting together a POR including funding that will allow the resurgence (well not resurgence, because in order to resurge, one must have previously "surged" !) of Copper King, to it's becoming realized as a major American Copper Ore source.
In fact today and Thursday Chuck and the EC attorneys are in court discussing how the EC can move forward with its great work without spilling the beans(divulging the EC's deveolping POR and potential funding).
Given the BK status and the Altus offer on the table, I would be willing to bet that Chuck will need to go into the judges' chambers and disclose to him privately that the EC does have a significant and viable POR and funding opportunities at hopefully near complete stages of development.
Hopefully the judge will say "The EC does indeed have significant plans, some of which need to be kept confidential while finishing up negotiations", and thereby limit what may be asked of Chuck on Thursday for the sake of healthy competition in reviving CPRK(Q)
I think the tweaking of the Mill processes and Tailings pond work are rather "minor" at present. Just because no ore is coming out of the Mill at the moment does not mean that nothing is happening!
