Running a biofuels company is no easy task, and, since they seem to have a unique market, what is needed is industry experience (in the industries that they are attemping to market too).

Now, as far as Parish is concerned, I was skeptical of his selection from the start. Movie Gallery may have been very successful at one time, however, I really don't think the business models are in any way similiar.
