REC - PPS question.

This is an open question to anybody on this board..

I'm also invested in another biomass company which is a few steps ahead of LLEG; they have the plants built, the PPA approved and the REC's projected out for the next 25-years; they are producing & selling biomass energy to PG&E.

This "other" company has completed all of those tasks but it has not affected the PPS at all. In fact, the PPS is lower than it was before the PPA was approved; how do we know for sure that the LLEG PPA approval will have any affect on our current PPS?
