codes: Good question. I can not think of a way to execute the original license attachments which would not require that a second contract be executed acknowledging the acceptance of a license of the search technology.

So, I do believe a contract will be executed, or has been executed, if they decide(d) to move forward.

However, the second 8k has to be approved by eBay. While the first 8k was acknowledged in the eBay licensing contract, it makes no mention of a second 8k and eBay may determine that the original filing is sufficient. Bottom line, if we don't see a filing by the 23rd, it could have still happened. It just will have no impact on shareholder value in the short term.
