"On September 29, 2008, Tatonka Oil & Gas, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado"

Yahoo also says 55 million outstanding with a market cap of 275K.

Their interests are / were all nat gas in Colorado: "engages in the exploration and development of oil and gas resources in the United States. It holds interests in Sand Wash Basin covering an area of approximately 15,000 net acres, which is located in Moffat County, Colorado; and Powder River Basin, which covers an area of 14,000 net acres in Wyoming."

Looks like yet another small company victim of the grossly overstated market expectations for nat gas over the last few years...

Don't know if / how the BK wrapped up... and the company website is just a "webpage for sale" advert...

Looks like another "potential" remnant shell play drifting along among a whole lot of other dead companies that were formerly part of the basin based nat gas hype...

Will add it to my list of shell stocks and watch it casually for any signs of life in the future...

Otherwise, nothing to see here... moving along.
