Hello to my friends and partners, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about our pending merger with Quasar Aerospace. As some of you know, many of my friends have invested in the company and have placed major investments into that venture. Over the course of time, many "not so good" actions took place to hurt investors in this company. I have been thinking the time has come to enter into a public forum and this was that opportunity. Our advisors saw this company as a possible problem project, as you know, I like problem projects, that we could bring about change to in a positive manner while generating good profits to our company and all investors of the Quasar. So onward we go, with our products and services, as well as our business principals that have made us what we are today a forward thinking technology company that no one will see coming! Thank you all for your support and lets take this one Home for all of us!

They even reaffirmed their commitment to QASP after the Grand Jury was announced.

they have been assured there will be no action against QASP (the stock), rather, the aim is to weed out the "bad boy(s)".
