Nothing hidden, just look at page 39 of MDGC's Initial Disclosure Report for years ending December 31, 2010 and 2009. Do you think Val also misspelled his name in the information you cite as supporting the plot you suggest (MDGC's company info page on otcmarkets.com). I seriously doubt it.
