For those wondering about the reverse split

let say every 10 shares consolidated into 1, had this been a performing company, no question it will harm investors, because that means shares are not wanted, instead of doing a stock buyback to show they have the cash, a split this way only shows investors the company has no option left but to perform a reverse split just to raise the pps on paper. An option to avoid being delisted or certain fund investment requirements.

But, for a pink company who has never performed well, shares were diluted to death, is it really a bad thing to do a reverse split?

can we use logic along with everything that is happening in the last 12-18 month give us a better idea as to why reverse split is a bad thing?

how bout looking at it as an advantage this way

-they need the pps to be in a certain price range to draw in large hedge funds or investment opportunities
-higher pps = less volatility on the trading platform
-lesser shares on the market which could drive the pps up actually if they have the PR to back it up
-what if they are holding back a tons of PR for this very reason? it is to support the pps right after it performs a reverse split?
suddenly share price is still over a dollar, funds can invest, its no longer on a pink sheet. One financial statement or sales forecast could change the company 180 degree, thats why pinks are so powerful, most of the time a gem like this will make you loose your shirt and most pinks are pits but we are here not because of what we see but what we could see, it has always been the theme for investors

a company who is trying to grow and with so many out standing shares, why would not they want to consolidate?

yes some will perceive this as an act of desperation, and yes I have seen in the past where a stock gets a reverse split only to go back to where they left off. But folks, try to use your logic and wisdom that God gave you and try to line up all that is happening, their opportunity to expand internally, their commitment to uplist which took over a year, a company isnt going waste their time doing all of this unless they really want to get out of the bottom. The process will not always look pretty, the company even if they were one day becoming a house-hold name, they just wouldnt jump from a pps of .004 to 5 dollars a share instantly or over night. there are so much things at play and to consider before, I see reverse split as a good step in a possible bright direction,
