IBIO & the Yahoo Message Board Effect.

Those folks that follow my posts know that my strong suit, if I have one, is spotting significant trends and sector movement early.

In regard to that, a few years ago I noted a curious and lucretive anomaly. I call it the Yahoo Message Board Effect.

In the last few days I increased my IBIO position by 30%. Here is my unscientific reason why.

IBIO is a very strong undervalued company and it is awaiting activation of the Yahoo message board for IBIO.

Imo, the activation of the message board will elevate interest and re-enforce investor confidence thereby providing a significant boost to the current (rising) stock price.

The Yahoo message board effect can last a few weeks and has everything to do with mass psychology. Investors want positive feed back when they are doing their DD and they also want to feel they are not alone when making an investment.

IBIO is, right now, in the sweet spot in regard to the YMB effect.

It is an excellent investment that just uplisted. The stock is seeing strong investor interest all while the message board is yet to be activated.

In the past I have used the YMB effect, most recently on REE, and had excellent results.

IBIOs Yahoo message board should be up and running at any time now.

Note: This strategy only works in limited circumstances and for a limited time. Imo, IBIO meets all the criteria to be significantly impacted by the YMB effect and in this case the percentage move could be quite significant.

Note 2: The YMB effect does not happen for the vast majority of stocks but when the stars align for the effect to occur it can be a nice moneymaking op. A little oddball happenstance that astute observers of mass market action can profit from.
