Little to no dilution in PFMS, let me explain

One poster argued that the shake during the afternoon was because of dilution -- DEAD WRONG!

Dilution needs volume, and it's usually not in the form of bid whacking. It occurs at the ask when a non-retail market maker like VERT, VNDM, PENA, or DOMS sits at the ask and won't move even when millions of shares are bought. Companies use these MM's to print shares. This has rarely happened with PFMS in the past year, unlike many other touted subpenny stocks. PFMS has a good share structure, and the NV SOS confirmed no change in the A/S.

So if NITE, UBSS, or ETMM is sitting on the ask, it's a RETAIL seller trying to get out, not the company. Let's say I were to put a sale order up for 2.5 million shares at .0024. When the ask is .0024, I have 2.5 million shares up for sale, and others may have shares up for sale. Therefore, the ask will stay there until all sale entries at .0024 are bought by others. That's why if I sell, I sell in pieces -- a few hundred thousand at one price, a few hundred thousand at another price. I want to help momentum, not hurt it with a price stall or a large spread.

To sum things up, yesterday's action was almost completely retail and panic without merit at the end of the day.

Oh chit it's going to .0001!!!
.0018x.002 about to break resistance!!!
We're heading for pennyland!!!
