What are you saying?

Facts or not:

*Properties, leased or otherwise, belonging to PGPM, are now under the financial and physical control of some other (related) party,
*These properties have been allowed to deteriorate by said other party,
*Monetary and other consideration promised was never delivered by said other party,
*The terms of the agreement(s) governing the failure by the other party to adhere to the terms of that same agreement are being ignored by the other party.

So simple, and yet there is fear to take any action? What other significant value does PGPM have left? Servicing?

I totally agree with everything that you are saying here. I believe PGPM has to fight this; they simply don't have any other choice. However, my comment earlier was in regard to a shareholder threatening to file a lawsuit against PGPM.
