Read carefully! It said buyout offer! It's only an offer at this time. Remember a few years ago when Microsoft offered Yahoo almost 50 billion and was rejected at the last minute. I'm not saying the same will happen here, but don't get your hopes too high until AUCI comes out with a PR stating its approval of the buyout offer. Only time will tell. I'm sure this week something will be said either way.
