Believe this or not but here I go.

Firstly you are all RIGHT in your responses to me in that the Divy will be paid to shareholders as of record of the date in April and NOT February as I suggested/posted. I reread it and thank you all for clarifying this for the Board. I apologize for MY misinterpretation of the PR.

Back to my first line of this Post. I am frustrated on how things work out sometimes and lived them over and over years back and just recently started posting to try and help guide new investors on things. I have been thru the panic selling year after year which mounted me a $100,000.00 plus Capital Loss on my taxes which I take the little allowed $3,000.00 deduction against my income each year. Fortunately, I have changed my ways of investing in the past 3 years or so and actually make out positive each year. Little by little, I "Eat" away at my horrendous loss without having any tax liability.

I learned! What I saw today (I believe) is the same thing I used to do and that is sell with the masses when a stock is plummeting. I can't blame you. Then, I would always end up buying back in days later and only have 1/2 the shares I originally had and end up kicking myself when I watched it go back up.

Granted share structures are different with every Co but I can tell you this. There ARE Penny Co's out there that do make it when that have a product. Been there and seen it. Some of you may recall a Co back in the Gulf War which was a penny Co and produced armored vehicles. Everyone laughed at them and that stock traded just like this-up and down. Panic selling was prevalent on days. I literally had several million shares in the double zero range and ultimately sold for maybe a small gain. This Co was parading their vehicles around DC to members of Congress etc back in the days. 2 years ago on the front page of the USA Today was this Co and how they ended up proving their product and ultimately the stock was trading at $33.00! For you old time investors from back in the 90's-you know what Co I mean.

What I am saying is that the majority of Penny Stocks are scams. But every now and again one comes along with a unique product and here is another Co in my mind (LKEN).

I am not going to lose out on this one like I did on all the others in the past.

You have to make your OWN decision here. I can say that I have been there and done it and screwed myself many times.

I am holding here. I have NO reason to promote this stock as I bought most of my shares in the .000's and am well above ground here. If I wanted to sell tomorrow and still make a healthy gain; I could. I will not though as I believe in this Co.

I am just saying to you all when an opportunity presents itself; there are many that win.

Thanks for reading and good luck to all whatever you decide to do. I do not judge people for selling as you have to do what is right for.
