What's interesting about Pfizer's buy of Ferrosan is the last two paragraphs of the story. They say "Pfizer has said it is placing more emphasis on external research partnerships and buy-ins". Well, the story is not about either an external research partnership nor a buy-in. So, buy-ins fit into NTRZ predicament very well. Second, the last paragraph talks about some of Z's studies, internal medicine, inflammation, and immunology.

Also, I posted a year old rumor that a NYC pharma company was at the las shareholders meeting in December 09. Pfizer is headquartered there and PFE has offices in Singapore as well, where Herbal Science is located.

This may mean nothing, but there is a sudden interest in "Medical food" as illustrated in the Pfizer story as well as the Nestle story posted last week. I sure hope Short has something lined up with somebody.
