Is this a polite way to say that even though the Federal Government is imposing stricter rules to clean up the market place, it will still be business as usual? Why the change in the law? Is it meant for small investors because they are the ones naked shorting the markets for billions each year? Or is it meant for someone eles? We are still trying to figure out what is going on with RCCH and others like it? IMO
