seedie & berge: Please refrain from
irrelevent sports chatter. Thank you.
berge, I admire the realistic approach. A comment or two about the following, however.
"CD, I try to be sane, but it's not always easy. I also like to pull for the "underdog" at times, and I know that can be a weakness. Would sure be nice if we got better signals from management, but most companies keep investors in the dark until after-the-fact."
Underdogs are GREAT, IMO, but as a bet, only with the "spread." Yesterday, for instance......The APPLE CUP; Pullman, WA; U.W.
Huskies, suffering through a disappointing season, +8 against #3 W.S.U. Cougers, on the Freeway to Passadena. Intangibles: W.S.U., long-time choker, no real back-up to QB Gesser. U.W. bustin' to bust the bubble, nothin'-to-lose-attitude.
Cut to the point - Bet underdogs with the right spread; brings me to the second observation. Specifically, I would alter just slightly your last sentence to what I believe is the reality in life, the stock market in general, especially the OTC's, and this stock. in particular: but companies keep most investors in the dark until after-the-fact.
