Other than MDGC, what are these other "various public companies" for which Westergard served as Chief Financial Officer? Where did he get over 10 years of "professional experience" in accounting. It's not in any of his bios or on LinkedIn. If he's got a lot of CFO experience at public companies, why would that be missing?

You only posted part of my sentence:

The attorney falsely states that Westergard is qualified to prepare the financial statements because he has 10 years experience as a CFO at multiple public companies.

The financial statements are not prepared according to GAAP and there are many irregularities. Westergard may have been keeping the books of his central vacuum company for 30 years, but that's not professional accounting experience.

Why doesn't he have Ed Steinbeck prepare them, or at least review them for compliance with GAAP?
