Why does Val state that there is no R&D in the plan of operation for 2011 in the Information and Disclosure Statement he filed today?

Has anyone bothered to read this document? It's still primarily related to the old business model with Little Sheep and Oriental Media. This is the document that should follow up on the status of all of the PRs over the past year, not reguritate old language about businesses that were sold over two years ago.

The financials have MANY irregularities and are completely unreliable. The company has 34 dollars in the bank.

The attorney falsely states that Westergard is qualified to prepare the financial statements because he has 10 years experience as a CFO at multiple public companies.

It's really sad to see so many people being deceived here.
