Don't know of anything, honestly. Have called the CEO once way back about a filing, other then that never.This is major volume for this,obviously.This was a much larger company back in the day and possibly they have cleared their past obligations.Guessing here.I think this is why they went dark in late 08.
They still own 51% interests in the two sub companies in the ibox as per the last 10Q. They still are required to file as they didn't file a 15-12g.Not to say they made moves without filing one,but legally shouldn't have.
My best guess is Mr Freedman,a major holder .He still owns 14M ,(unless he sold without filing). He has sat periodically on the BOD and has rolled in at least one company to ssvg. Just guessing here,and i know jack.He also bought another 2M @.002 on the way down a long time ago.
