The only thing about it I dont like it that this isn't really a start up company. People on here still think they are doing something that they arent. They aren't drilling oil. They have nothing to do with the process of picking the spot, getting the permit, drilling, or completing. They arent doing anything.
I know this because they only have working interest in the project. It they were the ones in charge of the operation they would have royalty interest.
They are writing checks to the company to pay for stuff and thats about all.
I could buy 50%WI in a well being drilled, then sell people shares in my share of the well. Would you invest in that company? Maybe yes if you knew me. Would you invest in my "company" if I put it on the pink sheets and didnt tell you that I had the 50%, only that I had a certain amount that hadnt been calculated yet? What would you pay for it?
What if I told you that I didn't know exactly what percentage in the well I actually owned, how much it would produce, and when it will start generating revenue. Would you send me checks in the mail?

The Adult spot sounds like possibly a good business to invest in, but this is a wild west crap shoot, with the odds of winning in the low single digits. (My Opinion) This was exciting to flip for a while, but its time to move on.
