Jimbo: So one legit MM gives his opinion and suddenly the whole NSS issue is not such a big deal? lol, c'mon now. This guy obviously trades big board stocks and plays by the rules.

The same cannot be said for the usual suspects that terrorize pennystocks with the "endless ask". Remember, there are always 2 extremes to an issue. With respect to NSS, there are those that feel it doesn't exist and is merely an excuse by those who've lost money (ie. SEC, DTCC, etc.). Then there are those that feel the entire financial markets are rigged and the market makers are in bed with financial terrorists who have drained trillions of dollars from our markets.

I'd say somewhere in between lies the truth. Obviously, it's enough of a problem that the SROs don't want to give out the numbers...why is that?

Scam or not, a stock should never be manipulated.
