key point you're missing is that if ccme does not have close to $200M in the bank right now, deloitte would have resigned long ago. founder didn't need to just fake the cash at 12/31/09... he had to keep faking ever increasing amounts all of 2010, or else deloitte would have resigned 6 months ago and starr would not have invested more last fall"
