If they are working with a developer or realestate company I would bet it's on a referal system and they get a referal fee. Anybody can do that make a webstite put pics and some good wording and bam! All they are doing is trying to create an illusion of a real company to pump it up and sell shares back up. The proplem with liars is they can never cover all there tracks! Becuase they forget the bs that they have spewed out!!

Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups.
