It is really complex, because profit/feasibility results (ie: 10 parts gold / 1,000,000 parts dirt can still be profitable) of the mining is what will determine a share price, doesn't matter what the market cost of the mineral is if a the vacuum cost to unearth it will impact company to much off-scale. If LBSR has an efficient operation to mine LODE then that is all that matters.. and where is that operation/offer/JV.. oh yeah- the lease agreement. wow.
