Just talked with Dan, a pure gentleman, he returned my calls from this morning even though I didn't leave a voicemail.

Says the CFO might have underestimated how much time it would take to get the filings out. However, they worked on it in the weekend. Dan says the expectation is one of the filings should hit today and the other tomorrow. They will be publically available to view on pinksheets immediately.

Also Dan said, after the second filing hits tomorrow, the stop sign on pinksheets will be removed.

Regarding the Nevada SOS change reflecting the new A/S, Dan said they did all the proper paperwork and it has gone through but we are not sure how long it is going to take to reflect that on the Nevada website.

Let's see what happens, I am just letting you guys know what Dan told me. Feel free to call and confirm. Looks like they are honestly pulling through for the shareholders here. I don't even have friends call me back when I don't leave a voicemail lol.
