To all,

This naked shorting problem is already an epidemic that will eventually bring down our beloved stock market unless we do something about it.

I am only one person but I have already done something. This evening I wrote to both my senators. It didn't take long. I admit I am not the most knowledgable person when it comes to this topic but I think if they read the emails, they will get the gist of what I was trying to say.

I ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU TO WRITE YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN AND INFORM THEM OF THE PROBLEM!!!

I plan on writing them everyday until they pay attention.

My quetion to some of you more knowledgable traders is this: can you provide us some quick bullet points that basically explain the facts of "naked shorting" and why it is such a problem? I am sure it would help us craft letters to our representatives and hopefully they will listen to those that have elected them.
