If you can believe Mark. and based on the NR I would guess he is correct in saying that sales are on record pace!! well what is record? Quartely Sales??? well based on it is Q1 still that would be my guess!! From memory the best quarter we had was $2.34MM, so lets assume we could be say 2.5MM in sales for Q1!!!

that is $10,000,000 annualized of a 27% increase in alltime sales from 2009!! With the current SG&A costs this would generate a $4,000,000 Gross Profit and about $8,000,000 in earnigs!!! Well lets put this in prespective then!!

$800K would be used to pay back YAG or buy stock and put the company at a P/E of 1 on a go forward basis!! in theory this company would be worth 15 to 20 times this amount with the debt paid down!!!

I think I will keep holding my 273,000,000 shares!!
