Not sure how many shares it involved but the value of the shares in question I think is about $6,000,000.00. The amount of shares depends upon the value placed on them at the time of settlement. Not sure how this will be determined or by who. But either way it looks good for us here at HLNT. If HLNT also wins damages it could be a great windfall for shareholders.
