Hello Satellite,

It seems to me that document 524 is the EC Legal team requesting limitations by the court on what can be asked of Chuck on 2/10 by the creditors (and the debtors)? What worries me is this : why should the creditors (and debtors) delay their settlement (with Altus's offer), when the EC is looking to stay in this process without divulging some information on what the EC is developing?

What gives me hope is that ( I am presuming) Chuck and the Committee must be communicating with the creditors (and debtors) in a significant way to allow them to be confident that what the EC is developing will be at least as worthwhile, if not moreso, than the proposed settlement, to allow a little more time.

The above comments are only my conjecture on what is going on. Chuck commented today that we are seeing only "bits and pieces" of all that is going on behind the scenes.

I choose to remain confident in CPRK(Q)'s ultimate resurrection.
