if this is true, then I say we are better off!

PR's have a tendency to bring in more players and less investors, thus volatility, huge swings, and possibly gains destroying P&D tactics. We don't need PR's for the little things. I think that one of the biggest mistakes a sub/penny CEO can make is the propagating of too much information, most of which really isn't that important. Sure, those stocks are great for playing, but not if they want to get their pps out of the gutter.

In fact, the only PR's I want to see are:
Business strategy
First production (maybe not even this one)
Additional wells
Partnership/private investment/buyout etc. (big outside money)
Quarterly/semiannual/annual update

Other than that, I will be happy with my well permit page and when we get into current filing status and stay that way. This lets the company rely on it's merits alone and not having to appease the shareholders who are only here for instant gratification with small gains/spikes/P&D. No spurious PR's means no games and no ammunition for the bashers too. You can't knock proper filings or government paperwork unless something is falsified which is rather easy to investigate. All I ask for is the company to continue executing along it's business plan and to start filing on a regular basis. That will lead to steady sustained gains and the best situation for investors.

If you want to become a big (or even medium) board company, you better act like one.
