i don't think it is 12 million, i think it may be 3 times that which is better, otherwise it would be so illiquid nothing could be done with it...no doubt still that is a low float but really it could be 100 million and still trade based on market cap with 263 outstanding, the majority of which seems to be tied up. 35 to 50 cents imo
