First order of business would be to get an audit and file all necessary SEC documentation to bring us current and fully reporting.

At the point when we become fully reporting we need to look at share structure. I would like to see a $4.00 PPS and a up-listing to the NASDAQ. We will meet every requirement to list on the NASDAQ easily.
