I can pretty much guarantee David and Mark know about the Berlin exchange thing. Remember, they both were brokers/consultants and have 25+ years in the investment business. They know a whole lot more than us and will do something about it if warranted.

If you look at the link, it only shows MSEP trading any volume 1 day in the past 3 months. Personally, I think it is another excuse tactic used by phony companies. I don't think MSEP is concerned about it, and I know it was listed without their knowledge (I asked).
