All indications still point to mid-February as date for opening facility. Perhaps weather will be an issue? Since the building already existed and move-in began late last year, I can't imagine bad weather having too much of an effect. At this point, all I can imagine holding things up is the hiring of the right people for high-level positions. Can't say for sure, but according to my correspondence with Mr. Kakani, all is progressing as-hoped.
