Read what I said again. For SDVI to be valued at a dollar they would be worth 1.8 billion dollars, thats not gonna happen no way no how. Ken wants to get SDVIs share price into the dollars so when you tell your buddy "hey man, check out this awesome stock!" he doesn't look at a stock worth 1/10th of a penny and roll his eyes.

An R/S is inevitable to give us a more attractive share structure/share price. Either that or Ken spends upwards of 20 million on a buyback, which I do not see happening
