He is getting close to the most R/S out there. I know of a few more. MSHA reports the mine as non-producing and hasn't been producing since early November.
Oddly enough he his files, late but each quarter he files. It may be an attempt to uplist to the better otc tier.
It appears the pumpers are thick right now. Eugene is getting some free advertising to dump his shares IMO.
