From the email i got from Mr. Veve about the change from the 10th to the 17th it sounds like you email him so he can put you on a list to notify security.

This email is to inform you that the date for the screening has been pushed one week due to scheduling conflicts with Warner Brothers. We will be having the screening on February 17th. You are of course cordially invited as a share holder. Due to the change in the date please respond to this and confirm that you will be able to attend.
