cloud: Brilliant writing. If all the claims had been granted, it would have been a spectacular moment for NeoMedia. I think there were a great deal of industry players buying into NeoMedia. Once everyone had a look at the USPTO filings, I think the industry investors sold and took a small profit.

Equally so, if what Laura said about the possibility of having IP for managed direct, it will be much bigger. Managed direct is simply the bulk of QR campaigns and we will see industry buyers again.

If they really have it, it should be a priority for them. Everyday they keep it unannounced is a day of licensing lost.
