This is a totally false statement.---

The company is NOT selling shares directly to the public... That is illegal, and for you to state this, is liable, imo.

The company may swap shares for loans, but those that have given DKAM the loan sell, not DKAM. They may also use shares for payments for services, vs cash, and those people may also sell to get paid, but the COMPANY is not selling shares directly into the market.
