My opinion is someone trades TDGI... With a large enough position, they can accumulate a lot of shares down low, say there were accumulating down in the 2's... they have been selling in the 4's and 5's hoping to stop the momo of the stock and cause a sell off. If you watch the trading, most of the sells are going off at the ask... so, the seller continues to lower the price, to make it seem like people are wanting out of the stock.. but the next best ask is normally 10 percent higher, so the seller isn't trying to get the best price, they are looking to cause a sell off or drive the price down... if they send it low enough, and then others get scared and start selling... they accomplished what they were trying, then they slowly accumulate shares as the price declines... then they do it all over again..

If I was doing this, I would probably work with a few people, where we could all accumulate say 4 million shares each or more.. I could sell thru one MM... and then another one could use a different market maker, during the selling, i would then post negative information on the message boards trying to get people to sell... I personally have no interest in doing stuff like this, but its pretty obvious that someone is selling TDGI cheaper than they could be selling it for, anyone watching L2 can see that. so basically after the shareholder meeting, I think more people will just absorb the shares being sold to drive the price down, once they are out of shares and the result doesn't happen, they are out and the price goes up... I think it had worked good in the past, but it appears it might not work again, confidence in TDGI is probably at an all time high after the shareholder meeting and the slate for 2011...
