Great info. According to the following from the link u posted, Bolivia will have free transit for export of minerals. Just wondering whether our 300tons of Antimony is at port Ilo.

"Bolivia will have free transit for exports of minerals through Ilo and zone called ‘Bolivian Sea’ for tourism, the possibility of building a wharf for sport and fishing that was extended for 99 years (it was already approved in 1992.) The zone has a dimension of 2 by 3,58 kilometers squares."
