WaMu and Lehman was/is my first bankruptcy investment and I am appalled at how the small individual investors - such as the Equity Interests and Sub Notes/CTs - are being ignored and disregarded.


The Banks, Corporations, Institutions, Hedge Funds and Senior Bondholders are the elite and are served first.


It is very unfair and unjust - money owed is money owed - whether it is to an investor of Preferred Stocks or Senior Bonds or Derivative Contracts.
