If the dumping of 2 Billion shares impresses you this is your dream stock. These guys wasted no time getting as many shares dumped as they could.

What I look for in an "impressive" stock is the upward movement in pps not how many shares can be dumped in the shortest amount of time.

Things to consider:

The much hyped "aquisition" of DMD turns out to be a entity that was created 4 days before the "aquisition" with Falso being the only name on the docs.

The super stupendous news that Falso is now COO and he has designed a parking lot retro fit for a "major retailer".

Now if a person just thinks for a milisecond they would have to ask: Why are they dumping shares if all this great stuff is happening?
