MKRS -- It doesn't keep going down, bb; it made a run to the low .30s last fall and then pulled back, but it doesn't look like a bad chart to me.

The keep a pretty low profile; can;t be accused of frivolous pr's. Play the devil's advocate if you wish, but it's a major holding of mine, and I added today at .20
