Why is this old dog here? To provide as factual as humanly possible, the truth of this company, it's (proposed) products and services, but primarily to give enlightenment on the history of the past and current management.

Brian Riley has been getting rich and staying rich selling pink stocks with several shell companies. Gary Musselman and Bill White are also pretty famous as well. You can look at the history of companies that have been involved with over the past few years and see the pattern over and over again.

A few companies they have been involved with: HISC, HISU, EVANS, WTCT, ZAP, PCLO. I'm pretty sure there are many more that I am not aware of and perhaps other posters will help us out on that question. gltu.....Be very careful and gltu ...dog
