Financing is arranged, LOI's have been done, and only an announcement of finalized deals is next. PR's related to lithium development go as far back as last April, so this has been a lengthy process. Land concessions of 20,000 hectares, or 49,400 acres (simple conversion) are in the works and the ultimate goal, however, the 2 LOI's are for just over 2,000 acres and should be the most recent acquisitions. In reading past PR's on land value estimates and brine concentrations of both lithium and potassium, one acre in the region has a value anywhere from $10,000 to $30.000. Again, some simple math puts the value of the 2,000 acres concessions at anywhere from 20,000,000 to 60,000,000 million dollars---not too bad for a penny stock---and this is only the beginning.
